Exercise:
1. Brain flower removes the membrane and blood vessels on the surface (the key to removing fishy smell)
2. Stir-fry ginger, garlic, millet and spicy powder in a hot pot, and add a spoonful of bean paste to the red oil to stir fry.
3. Add a proper amount of water to boil, then add soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper and cooking wine to taste.
4. First add bean sprouts, blanch them, take them out and spread them at the bottom of the bowl, then add brain flowers and stew for 15 minutes.
5. After the brain flower is cooked, take it out and put the chopped green onion and pepper noodles. Put some pepper in the hot oil in the pot and pour the oil on the brain flower (sprinkle some pepper noodles if there is any).
