Isn't boiled rice just covered rice?
Boiled rice, also known as rice in casserole, is a specialty originating from the Guangzhou region of Guangdong Province and belongs to the Cantonese cuisine family. The main types include preserved meat with rice in casserole, slippery chicken with shiitake mushrooms, pork ribs with black bean sauce in casserole, pork liver, roast duck, and white cut chicken. Covered rice is also called covered rice (English Over rice), the main method is to put a variety of corresponding ingredients to do a good job of the dishes (most of the dishes for the next meal, and usually just out of the pot) with the soup together on the top of the loaded rice, which led to such a name "cover rice".
