Pleurotus ostreatus is mostly cultivated in autumn, winter and spring. Generally, it takes about 4~6 months from sowing to harvesting, and 3~4 crops of Pleurotus ostreatus can be harvested. Although it can also be cultivated in high temperature season, the pests and diseases are serious and the yield is low. Therefore, in the northern region, sowing usually begins in September, and can be carried out until the end of February and March of the following year, but only the second crop of mushrooms can be harvested, so we must pay attention to the time when sowing.
2. Adding fermented antiseptic acid into the culture medium.
Fermented antiseptic acid is a multi-element organic plant active nutrient. If antiseptic acid is diluted by 200~450 times and applied to bag-cultured Pleurotus ostreatus, it can promote the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium, speed up the growth of the day, shorten the time to fill the bag, and effectively improve the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus and advance the time of fruiting.
Third, pay attention to disinfection in cultivation sites.
Whether it is cultivated indoors or outdoors, we should pay attention to the cleanliness and disinfection of the place. There is light to keep warm and moisturize, so that ventilation is convenient. After the planting site of Pleurotus ostreatus is selected, it should be disinfected first, especially the old mushroom site. Generally, the disinfection can be fumigated with sulfur, and the dosage is about 0/0 ~/0/5g per cubic meter. Or fumigation with formaldehyde, the dosage is 6~ 10 ml per cubic meter, and the place is disinfected, so as to be better conducive to the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus.
