Tomato, ham and egg risotto
Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 3 eggs, 1 ham, rice, shallots and minced garlic.

Oil, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce

Steps:

1. Take a cross knife from the top of the tomato, blanch it with boiling water, peel it, chop it, add a little salt and cooking wine to break up the eggs, and cut the ham into small pieces.

2. Stir-fry the eggs in hot oil until they are mature.

3. Leave the bottom oil and saute the minced garlic, pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry to get juice, add a spoonful of tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly.

4. Pour in the eggs, ham and rice and stir fry. Finally, add two spoonfuls of soy sauce and stir well.
