Ingredients: small yellow croaker, cooking wine, ginger, onion, garlic, olive oil and salt.
Clean all the small fish inside and out, marinate the cleaned small fish with cooking wine, add appropriate amount of edible salt and onion ginger, and make it according to your own taste. Coat the fish with olive oil.
Open the air fryer, preheat it for about 5 minutes, adjust the temperature to 180 degrees, and put the fish into the pot, which takes about 15 minutes, but not frying it at once 15 minutes. Take it out of the middle and turn it over. Time is up.

Ingredients: yannuo 1 root, 20g light soy sauce, 5g light soy sauce, a little cooking wine, one aniseed, 5 slices of pepper 10, garlic, 3 slices of ginger, a little salt, a little spiced powder, a little white pepper, a little cooking oil and a little dried red pepper.
Spanish mackerel is directly cut into sections of about 2cm. Wash and control the water, marinate the fish segments with seasoning, cover them with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator overnight.
