2. Accessories: appropriate amount of peanut oil, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of starch, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of oyster sauce , appropriate amount of salt
3. Prepare the ingredients: soak the old tofu in boiling water and a little salt for ten minutes (to remove the beany smell).
4. Wash the mushrooms, soak them in advance, cut them into small pieces and set aside.
5. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into small pieces for later use.
6. Drain the water from the tofu, put it into a large bowl, and press it into puree with a spoon.
7. Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, peanut oil and starch and stir clockwise evenly.
8. Add minced carrots and shiitake mushrooms and stir evenly.
9. Prepare a deep plate, put on disposable gloves and roll the mixed tofu puree into balls.
10. Shape into balls and place on plate.
