1. Ingredients: appropriate amount of chicken liver.
2. Seasoning: a little soy sauce, 30 grams of vinegar, appropriate amount of onion, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of garlic, appropriate amount of star anise, appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of yellow sauce, appropriate amount of vegetable oil.
3. Soak about 750 grams of chicken liver in water for 2-3 hours. Change the water 3-4 times in between, because the liver is a detoxification organ, so it can dissolve the remaining toxic substances in the water.
4. Take out the chicken liver, rinse it twice with water, put it in a pot, add 30 grams of vinegar, and bring to a boil over high heat.
5. Turn to low heat, add aniseed, green onions, ginger slices, sugar, yellow sauce, and a small amount of soy sauce, and simmer for an hour.
