What's the difference between carved wine and yellow wine?

2. Yuan red wine (Zhuangyuan red)
The outer wall of the jar is named after cinnabar red. It is characterized by unique fragrance, refreshing taste and slightly bitter taste. It belongs to dry yellow rice wine, and its sugar content is above per liter 15g. This kind of yellow rice wine is widely welcomed by the public. Yuan Hong, which means good wine, is also the most common yellow wine in the category of yellow wine.

Having said that, it's finally time to carve out wine. Why do you want to introduce the above four kinds of yellow rice wine? Because Huadiao wine was born in it, Huadiao wine evolved from (rice wine). Because of the different storage containers, Huadiao wine is classified. Its utensils are generally carved with dragons and phoenixes, flowers, birds, fish and insects, which are much higher than the jar, and the gift has face. In fact, it is rice wine, which has undergone a series of developments.
Huadiao wine can be yellow wine, but yellow wine can never be Huadiao wine, just like cars. Carved wine is a car, Yuan red wine is an off-road vehicle, good wine is a bicycle, Xiangxue is a motorcycle, and rice wine is an electric car. These can be collectively called cars, but they are subdivided into several categories, and so is yellow wine. Huadiao wine is just a kind of yellow rice wine, and they don't agree.
The price of carved wine is more expensive than ordinary yellow rice wine, and some are even about half as expensive, ranging from a cheap bottle of 10 to an expensive bottle of 100. Carved wine has almost no sediment, while ordinary yellow rice wine has sediment.
What is "rice wine"? As the name implies, adding rice is adding grain. In the brewing process, by adding more uncooked rice, the water content was reduced and the unique flavor effect was achieved. The rice wine produced by "single rice" technology is called "rice wine", and the rice wine produced by "double rice" technology is called "carved wine". These wines are a little expensive.

Huadiao wine is nutritious and tastes great. People call it "liquid cake", just like beer "liquid bread". It has essential amino acid content, which is 1 1 of beer.
Huadiao wine is also a "good friend" in the kitchen, which removes fishy smell and enhances fragrance, and has a stronger taste. Suitable with rich dishes such as braised pork and sauces, the degree is not more than 20 degrees, and it is between 17.5 and 19.5 degrees, which is very comfortable.
When buying yellow wine, we must distinguish between yellow wine and carved wine. Ordinary yellow rice wine is very cheap, about three yuan a bottle, and carved wine is more expensive, about ten yuan a bottle. Carved wine has higher quality, stronger aroma, better fishy smell and good value for money. There is a big difference between the two, so it is not worth the loss to buy again.
