Raw material: dried cowhide bean curd
Ingredients: Chili oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper oil, sugar, oyster sauce, onion and coriander.
working methods
1. Wash cowhide dried beans and blanch them with boiling water.
2. Shred dried bean curd, minced garlic and Jiang Mo, and chop onion and coriander.
3. Remove dried beancurd and drain.
4. Mix all seasonings into juice. Pour in and stir well.
