How to make Ganxian Chili sauce?
Peel the lotus root and cut it into thin slices, then shred it. Cut lotus root into fine powder as much as possible. After cutting, be sure to wash it with cold water, then control the water to dry (400g), and cut the onion and ginger into powder (20g each).
Heat the pan and pour in vegetable oil (200g). When the oil is warm, stir-fry shallots and ginger, then add lotus root, stir-fry and add sauce (two tablespoons, which can be adjusted according to taste).
