Transitional fatigue is a state of temporary decline in work capacity after work or exercise, and it is a pathological state caused by the accumulation of continuous fatigue. Transitional fatigue is mostly seen in college students after excessive mental work, but it can also be seen after labor or sports training. Physical overexertion is also called overtraining if it is caused by training.
Causes of excessive fatigue:
1. Unstructured life, insufficient rest to cope with heavy courses or exams.
2. The body has not yet recovered from the disease, too early to make up for the class and overtime or to participate in a - competition overly intensive training.
3. After participating in some labor or activities, fatigue has not yet been eliminated, physical strength has not yet recovered to participate in large exercise training.
4. Improper training. See part of the pre-game training, due to time, heavy task, training lack of gradual and systematic, exercise and long duration, or singles training.
5. Short-term participation in too many games, not enough rest.
The manifestations of excessive fatigue are as follows 1) Frequent fatigue and significant memory loss.
2) A sudden drop in alcohol consumption, and a feeling of tastelessness even when drinking alcohol.
3) Sudden aging.
4) Numbness in the shoulders and neck.
5) Insomnia due to fatigue and distress.
6) Irritation and anger over trivial matters.
7) Frequent headaches and chest tightness.
8) Suffering from hypertension and diabetes with abnormal ECG tests.
9) Sudden change in weight.
10) Drinking alcohol at dinner almost every night.
11) Drinking more than 5 cups of coffee a day.
12) Often skipping breakfast/eating at irregular times.
13) Eat fried food.
14) Smoke more than 30 cigarettes a day.
15) Don't come home even at 10pm, and more than half of them come home after 12pm.
16) Traveling more than 2 hours each way to and from work.
17) In the last few years, I don't sweat even when I exercise.
18) You feel good about yourself and don't go to the doctor.
19) Works more than 10 hours a day.
20) Work on Sundays.
21) Travels a lot on business and only stays home two or three days a week.
22) Work a lot of night shifts and irregular hours.
23) Recently had a job transfer.
24) Upgrades/increased workload.
25) Relationship changes.
26) Sudden increase in overtime.
