2. Practice steps:
(1) First, prepare three eggs and separate the egg white from the yolk. (2) Pour the cooked milk paste into a clean grinding tool, smooth the surface with a shovel, put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours, take it out after solidification, and then cut it into strips with a knife to remove irregular corners around it.
(3) Put the milk cubes on the baking tray covered with oil paper, then brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the milk cubes, preheat the oven for 230 degrees 15 minutes in advance, and then put it in the middle layer of the oven and bake at 230 degrees for about 15 minutes. Stare at it for the last few minutes, don't burn it until the surface of the milk cube is brown and colored.
