3. Observe the recovery of uterus.

4. Health care

5. Postpartum exercise
Maternal women should avoid labor, but they can do a little exercise in moderation. If you like aerobic dance's mother, you have to wait six weeks before you can start over. In short, postpartum exercise should be persistent.
