The main ingredients are rice, mung beans and green vegetables.
Mung bean flour, one of the specialties of the people in eastern Guizhou (Shichian, Sinan and Yinjiang counties in Tongren). The people of Tongren city call this powder "mung bean powder".
By soybeans, mung beans, rice according to a certain proportion of water soaked for half a day, and then ground into a slurry with a stone mill or an electric mill; will be ground into a slurry with a large pot of high-temperature cooking into a cake, such as cooking the cake naturally cooled down, cut into vermicelli that is mung bean flour.
Some places also use a small amount of potatoes to replace some of the mung beans in the production of mung bean vermicelli for mixing and polishing. Aided by the colorful spices, it is spicy and smooth, and is a must-eat for the locals every day.
