As follows:

Ingredients: chicken breast 300g, peanut oil, salt, egg, celery, red pepper, onion, ginger, chicken powder, flour, starch and sugar.

1. Step one, cut the prepared chicken breast and set it aside.

2. Stir the eggs, flour, starch, water, chicken powder and salt together, as shown in the figure below.

3. Put the cut chicken breast into the mixture, loosen it and marinate it for 10 minute.
