What does soup mean?
Soup is soup. Cantonese people like to make soup, a pot of old fire soup, more than a dozen soups, a large piece of lean pork bone or a few fish, a whole chicken, some octopus, scallops, abalone, snails, etc., plus a few hours of slow cooking, a pot of soup can be described as expensive, and most of the soup residue after cooking is discarded. It is said that all the nutrients have gone into the soup. Although some experts strongly recommend the nutritional value of soup residue, not many people are willing to eat soup residue, mainly because the cooked meat is rough and tasteless.
