Jar meat practice
Ingredients: 2 kg pork ribs. Seasoning: 2 ounces of onion, 0 ounces of ginger. Five taels, two taels of garlic, two taels of flour paste, two pieces of fermented bean curd, two yuan of aniseed and a proper amount of salt. You can add two Chili peppers to remove the odor.

1, wash pork ribs, cut into 2cm square pieces, blanch in boiling water for 5min, remove, and wash with clear water. The onion is cut into 3.5 cm long sections. Slice ginger.

Braised pork practice
Ingredients: 500g pork belly, 30ml straw mushroom soy sauce, 5g salt, 25g rock sugar, a few slices of ginger, a piece of cinnamon, 2 star anise and 6 red dates.
1, pork belly is cleaned, and the whole pork belly is scalded in boiling water for 30 seconds.

3. Put oil in the pot, add cinnamon and star anise to the cold oil, and stir-fry the fragrance on low heat.
