1. Clean the pork liver, put it into a bowl, add water, onion and ginger water, and a few drops of lemon juice, and soak for 20 minutes to remove the fishy smell.
2. Wash the rice 3 or 4 times repeatedly and soak it in water for 20 minutes.
3. Put spinach in the pot, add appropriate amount of water to remove oxalic acid, remove and chop.
