Braised pork with plum vegetables?
Plum vegetables are soaked in water in advance, and salted plum vegetables are selected. After washing away the salt particles on the surface, soak them in cold water for about 4 hours, wash them, wring out the water and chop them up.
Cut pork belly into pieces, stir-fry in oil until the surface is golden, and add a little salt, rock sugar and soy sauce. Stir-fry until the pork changes color, stir-fry the plum vegetables together until the plum vegetables absorb juice.
