2 cups of glutinous rice, 1 cup of diced BBQ pork, 1/3 cup of shrimp, 5 dried shiitake mushrooms, 2 eggs, 3 small red onions (chopped), 1 green onion
Seasoning: BBQ pork sauce, sugar, salt, soy sauce, pepper in moderation
Methods
1, wash the glutinous rice, soak in water for 6 hours and then drain the water.
2, shiitake mushrooms soaked and cut young, water to stay, shrimp washed, remove debris drained.
3, eggs beaten, fried egg skin shredded, green onions cut grain spare.
4, a little sesame oil in the pan and chopped red onion, pour shrimp, mushrooms and barbecue pork continue to pop.
5, the glutinous rice and seasoning to add stir-fry evenly, served in a dish steamed for 20 minutes under water.
6: Gently toss the rice and sprinkle a little of the mushroom water over the top and steam for another 20 minutes.
7: Serve with shredded egg and green onion.
Tips
~Sprinkle a little more water on the rice if you like it softer.
~Barbecue pork can be purchased from stock, remember to ask for a packet of barbecue sauce, or you can use jarred barbecue sauce.
