There are two ways to make meat into minced meat, using a meat grinder and mincing it by hand.
Recommended recipe for minced meat:
Ingredients: 300 grams of pork, 5 grams of shredded ginger.
1. Wash the pork, slice or shred it.
2. Mix the pork with shredded ginger and steam until cooked.
3. The purpose of adding ginger is to remove the smell. After steaming, pick out the ginger and don’t use it.
4. After the meat is steamed, pick out the shredded ginger and use a blender to beat the meat into a paste. You can add a little boiling water when stirring to make it easier to stir. The thickness of the paste will depend on the baby's monthly age. Adjusted for age and chewing ability.
5. Divide the minced meat into several portions (one portion is the amount of meat for one meal), pack them in crisper boxes, and store them in the refrigerator.
6. When eating, take a portion and heat it thoroughly. The minced meat can be added to cooked porridge, noodles or rice cereal.
