Dragon fruit and banana fruit plate
Ingredients: 1 red dragon fruit and 2 bananas.
Steps
1. Peel the red dragon fruit, cut it in the middle, put half of it into a bowl and pound it into dragon juice and set aside. Place the other half in a bowl and set aside.
2. Cut the remaining half of the dragon fruit into "petal-shaped" hob pieces. Then peel the banana and cut it diagonally into oval-shaped slices. The thickness should be 3 mm.
3. Put the cut dragon fruit pieces and banana slices into a bowl, pour in the pounded dragon fruit juice and marinate for about 5 minutes.
4. When the banana slices were soaked in dragon juice and turned into a bright "rouge", we started to platter. First, put a spoonful of dragon jam on the plate to serve as the "stamen", then layer soaked banana slices around it to serve as the "petals". Finally, garnish the dragon fruit pieces on the plate, and pour the dragon juice in the bowl over the banana slices. In this way, a "gorgeous" fruit platter is ready, with attractive colors and beautiful taste. You should try it too.
Tips
1. Dragon fruit is a tropical fruit. It should be eaten now and bought now, and should not be stored for a long time. In addition, I would like to share a little experience in selecting dragon fruits. When purchasing dragon fruits, the dragon fruit of the same size that is heavier when placed on the hand has more juice and a better taste.
2. When pounding dragon fruit into juice, if you have enough time and pursue a higher appearance, you can filter the dragon fruit juice to remove the pulp residue, and then soak the banana slices to make it more perfect. Personal suggestions are for reference only.
3. The appropriate thickness of banana slices is 3 mm. After my personal testing, banana slices of this thickness are not easy to break when picked up, and it is easier to soak in the red color and flavor of dragon fruit.
