1. raw materials: 1 piece of south tofu, half of white radish, 3g of salt, appropriate amount of coriander and water.
2. After slicing the tofu, cut it into silk with uniform thickness and soak it in warm water with salt.
3. Wash and shred the white radish and chop the parsley.
4. Pour a proper amount of water into the soup pot, add shredded tofu and shredded radish after boiling, and then cook for 1 minutes on medium heat until the shredded radish is completely cooked and soft.
