Tofu brain in sauce
Ingredients
Agaric, tofu brain, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence starch, leek flower sauce, chili oil/sauce, chopped green onion and coriander
Method
1. Pour the fungus into the pot, add 1 bowl of water and boil
2. Put 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, a little salt and chicken essence, add appropriate amount of water starch Stir well and cook until thickened
3. Steam the tofu for 5 minutes, dig out small pieces with a spoon, and pour the marinade on it
4. Add an appropriate amount of chive sauce ( (If not available, leave it out) Chili oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander, stir well and serve
