Pepper and salt ribs
Ingredients: 2 pounds of ribs, minced garlic.
Marinated ribs: ribs soaked in blood and washed, with kitchen paper to absorb the water! Add two tablespoons of minced garlic + two tablespoons of cooking wine + three tablespoons of soy sauce + a tablespoon of oyster sauce + half a tablespoon of black pepper + moderate sugar + 4 tablespoons of corn starch, grasping the batter marinated for half an hour.
How to do it: Fry the ribs until golden brown in 6% oil heat. Open high heat and re-fried for about 20 seconds, pour out the remaining oil, and finally sprinkle pepper salt and turn well out of the pot.
