Ingredients: glutinous rice100g, lean meat 50g, Pleurotus eryngii 50g and cowpea 70g.
Accessories: scallop, salt, sesame oil and oyster sauce.
Step 1: Wash the ingredients for later use.
Step 2: Chop the pork and Pleurotus eryngii.
Step 3: Put the cut meat and Pleurotus eryngii into a bowl, and add oyster sauce and salt.

Step 6: add water to the pot, add rice and cook porridge.
