Shrimp dumpling stuffing is made as follows:
Tools and materials: kitchen knife, chopping board, basin, refrigerator, chopsticks, spoon, shrimp, soy sauce, cooking wine, water, salt, cabbage, chives and salad oil.
1. The shrimps are slightly broken with the back of a knife and added to the meat stuffing.
2. Add light soy sauce and cooking wine, stir vigorously (clear water should be added in several times), and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
3. Chop cabbage, add salt and grab out the water.
4. Take out the marinated meat stuffing, put it into the squeezed cabbage and minced chives, then add a tablespoon of salad oil and continue to stir well.
5. So the shrimp stuffing is ready.
