Our own home sun-dried orange peel is not yet peel, at most it is the raw material of the peel. Because only specific varieties of orange peel, often concocted and processed can be called Chenpi.
The process is very complicated, first of all, it should be air-dried in the sun, put in a sealed device for 60 days-150 days, halfway also need to be humidified with 80% humid air. Then when the peel is softened, put it into the sun to dry, and then finally sealed and stored for a period of time, in order to get the real Chenpi. On the contrary, in life, we basically put it in the sun, and usually not too long, may be 2-3 weeks to take it out to make water to drink.
The storage environment of Chenpi:
The best way to store Xinhui Chenpi is to store it away from the wall, away from the ground, away from the top, and the distance from the location should be greater than 10~20cm.The environment should be ventilated, clean and dry, so that it will not be easily affected by the humidity on the ground and the wall. The storage should also avoid direct sunlight. The aging temperature environment of Chenpi is suitable between 20-30℃.
