Stir-fried shredded duck with ginger slices
Ingredients: half duck, 80g young ginger, 2 green garlic sprouts, a little red pepper, appropriate amounts of cooking wine, soy sauce, and white sugar.
Preparation:
Wash and slice the ginger, shred the red pepper, and cut the garlic sprouts into sections for later use.
Cut the duck meat into thick shreds, marinate with cooking wine for more than half an hour, remove and drain.
Pour the oil into the pot and heat it up, add the shredded duck and start stir-frying. When it dries slightly, add the ginger slices and continue stir-frying until dry.
Drain the excess oil, add shredded chili peppers and stir-fry garlic sprouts until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, sugar and other seasonings and stir-fry a few times before serving.
