Prepare ingredients: coriander, peanuts, boiled lettuce, poached eggs, cooked sweet potato powder, minced garlic, Chili noodles, chopped green onion, millet pepper and white sesame.
Exercise:
Put millet pepper, chopped green onion, minced garlic, Chili noodles and white sesame seeds into a bowl, and pour in a tablespoon of hot oil.
Add 3-4 teaspoons of soy sauce, 3-4 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 teaspoons of pepper oil, 1 teaspoon of chilli oil, about half a teaspoon of salt and sugar, a proper amount of chicken essence and a few teaspoons of boiled sweet potato powder, and stir well.
Put the cooked sweet potato powder in, release the vegetables, sprinkle with peanuts and coriander and you can start! Spicy, super appetizer!
