Method of making rice wine in summer
Preparation materials: 50 grams of rice, 250 ml of water, 3 grams of sweet wine koji, and a small amount of medlar.

First, the first step is to clean the rice and then soak it in water overnight, as shown in the figure below.

2. Then steam the soaked rice in an electric cooker, as shown in the figure below.

3. Add distiller's yeast and water into the steamed rice and stir evenly with chopsticks, as shown in the figure below.

4. After stirring evenly, put it into a prepared bottle, cover it and seal it for fermentation for 36 hours.

After five or thirty-six hours, put it in a bowl and sprinkle with some medlar, so that the rice wine is ready.
