Practice:
1. Clean all ingredients and slice ginger for later use.
2. Put the cold water into the pot, add the shepherd's purse, eggs and red dates respectively, and cook for 5 minutes after the water is boiled;
3. Break the egg shell with a spoon, so that the egg is tasty, and continue to cook for 5 minutes;
4. Put Lycium barbarum before turning off the fire, let the eggs soak in the pot for 30 minutes, then shell the eggs, eat them and drink soup. (If you like sweet food, you can add some brown sugar.)
