Practice steps:
1, put water in the pot to boil, pour in 30g celery, blanch for 30s and take out.
2. Add 30g of beans into boiling water, blanch for 30 seconds, and then take out.
3. Add 30g cauliflower, blanch for 30 seconds, and then take it out.
4. Add 20g potato chips, blanch for 30 seconds and then take them out.
