Qingming is a poem by Du Mu, a writer in the Tang Dynasty. This poem, written in the drizzle of a clear spring, has been widely read because of its light color and cold artistic conception. The full text of the pinyin version is:

It rains in succession during the Qingming period (q and qěng m? ng sh？ yǔ fēn fēn)、

Pedestrians on the road want to break their souls (l? shng x？ ng rn y？ dun h？ n).

Excuse me, where is the restaurant? W? jiǔ jiā h ch？ yǒu)，

The shepherd boy pointed to Xinghua village (m? t？ ng y？ o zhǐ xng huā cūn).

The first sentence explains the scene, environment and atmosphere; The second sentence describes the characters, expressing their grief, anger and confusion. The third sentence puts forward how to get rid of this mentality; The fourth sentence, writing answers with actions, is the highlight of the whole article. The whole poem adopts the technique of rising from low to high, with the climax at the end, which is memorable and intriguing.

Appreciation: In Tomb-Sweeping Day, there is a tradition of going for an outing with friends and relatives to worship ancestors and sweep graves. However, the pedestrians in the poem are traveling alone in other places, and their feelings are very lonely and desolate.
