Please ask the peddler to divide the oxtail into several sections. If you have time after returning home, soak in cold water for about 3 hours. Then put it in a cold water pot, turn on the fire, boil for 2 minutes after the water boils, blanch for bleeding foam, and then take it out for later use, being careful not to stick blood foam.
Peel the white radish and cut it into hob blocks for later use. Slice onion and ginger.
Put the cooked oxtail into a saucepan, add onion ginger and 20ml cooking wine, then add boiling water until it is eight minutes full. Bring boiling water to a high fire, then simmer for 2-3 hours.
Add white radish pieces and a little salt, boil water over high heat, and simmer for about half an hour until the radish pieces are cooked.
You can add salt and white pepper to taste according to your own taste. You need to prepare dipping sauce to eat oxtail meat. I usually eat hot pot with sesame sauce. You can choose a dipping sauce according to your taste, or you can add a little vinegar to the soy sauce.
