Do the following:
1. In a clean container, put the light cream and milk and stir well.
2. Add the granulated sugar and stir until combined.
3: In a separate clean container, place the egg yolks and sift in the low gluten flour, mixing well.
4: Pour the milk mixture into the egg yolk batter and mix well.
5: Pour the mixture into the tart shell and fill it up to the brim.
6. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, then place the tart in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius in the middle layer, upper and lower heat, for about 20 minutes.
7. Bake until the tart crust is golden brown and there are charred yellow spots in the tart.
