Wuxi steamed bread, a traditional name in Wuxi, has a history of one hundred years. Choose the best flour, carefully select the ingredients and steam them in a small cage, which has a southern flavor. It has the characteristics of not breaking the skin when picked, not leaking the bottom when turned over, full of salt water when sucked, fresh but not greasy. Steamed bread has thin skin and many fillings, and it tastes tender and fragrant. Sam sun wonton
Sanxian wonton originated from the folk in Dongting Township, Wuxi County, and gradually developed into a traditional famous spot in Wuxi. Wonton is made of fresh meat, Kaiyang and mustard tuber, so it is called "three fresh". It is served with meat and bone soup, dried bean curd and shredded egg skin as seasoning. Sanxian wonton is the most popular snack in Wuxi because of its thin skin, rich stuffing and fresh soup.

Tangyuan has a history of one hundred years in Wuxi. It is made by mixing white glutinous rice flour with hot water, toughening it, cutting it into small squares, and rolling it into a small circle with a flat screen, which is about the size of cottonseed. Four-color glutinous rice balls are the traditional names of Wuxi. Yulan cake
It was created by Ji Sun Cake Group Store in Wuxi on 1850, and it was named because it coincided with the blooming season of Magnolia. This kind of cake is made of glutinous rice flour and boiled water, kneaded and picked into small pieces, and made into a cake blank, which is filled with vegetable lard, bean paste, fresh meat, roses, sesame seeds and so on. Square cake
Square cakes are very famous in Wuxi. 1943 Huzhou Dafang cake was transformed by Wang Yuqing, the owner of Liufangzhai in Chong'an Temple.
