How to make dog meat jelly
Ingredients: 1000g dog meat, 200g pig skin, 2 star anise, 3g cinnamon, 5g tangerine peel, 8g pepper, 1 clove, 5g Codonopsis pilosula, 10g salt, green onion 15g, 10 ginger, 750ml water.
Steps:
