1. Pork trotters and soybean soup
Ingredients: 4 liang of pork trotters, 4 liang of soybeans, appropriate amounts of oil and salt.
Preparation: (1) Soak the soybeans in water for three hours and wash the pork trotters.
(2) Put the ingredients into a stew pot filled with water, simmer until the soybeans are cooked, add oil and salt to taste.
2. Winter Melon, Jiang Yao Zhu and Old Duck Soup
Ingredients: One pound of winter melon, one tael of Jiang Yao Zhu, one old duck, three liang of lean pork, one piece of tangerine peel, and a little salt.
Production: (1) Jiang Yaozhu is soaked, and the continent fights. Cut the winter melon into thick slices, including the skin and kernels. Kill and wash the old duck, remove the feathers and internal organs, cut off the head and tail, cut the sides, cut into four large pieces, put it in boiling water and boil it for five minutes. Wash the lean pork and tangerine peel.

3. Luffa and lotus snail soup
Ingredients: One pound of loofah, three fresh lotus flowers, one or two snail slices (dried), one piece of ginger, two red dates, salt a little.
Preparation: (1) Soak the dried snail slices and wash them clean. Wash the loofah, peel the sides, cut in half and cut into pieces. Wash lotus, ginger and red dates. Take petals from lotus flowers; peel ginger and cut into slices; remove cores from red dates.
(2) Add water to the clay pot, simmer over high heat until the water boils, then add loofah, snail slices, ginger and red dates; continue to simmer over medium heat for three hours, add lotus petals, and bring to a boil. Add a little salt to taste and drink.
