Sweet potato and jujube porridge, mainly using dates, sweet potato, rice as ingredients to cook.
Preparation: sweet potato a (about 300 grams), jujube 5, 60 grams of rice, water;
Practice:
rice washed and soaked;
sweet potato peeled and washed and cut into small pieces;
jujube soaked and then core cut into two halves;
Put the sweet potatoes and jujubes into the pot, pour in the right amount of water;
Cook to about 30 minutes, then pour the rice into the pot and cover it up, and then simmer for 14 minutes.
