Production steps:
(1) Take out the intestines of the fish, slaughter them and wash them.
(2) Shred ginger, sliced garlic and chopped onion for later use.
(3) Add salad oil to the pot. When it is 60% hot, fry the fish on both sides and put it on a plate for later use.
(4) Add pepper and aniseed into the remaining oil in the pot, then add shredded ginger and chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
(5) Then, pour a proper amount of cooking wine (about 20 to 30 ml), add soy sauce, sugar and salt, stir well, and then add water (preferably no fish).
(6) Put the fried fish into the pot, sprinkle garlic slices to stew the fish until it is nearly cooked, and then add green peppers to stew for 2 minutes.
Precautions:
1) garlic slices should be placed in the back, which has a good deodorizing effect.
2) Green peppers should be placed when the fish is almost cooked to improve the taste. If you put it early, it will stew.
