6g of beef tendon, 3g of pepper, 2g of onion and ginger, 1g of refined salt, 15g of white sugar and saltwater, 5g of cooking wine and 1g of sesame oil.
Steps of making salted beef
1. Bovine tendon
2. Wash beef tendon with water to remove blood
3. Put water into the pot, add beef tendon, and then add appropriate amount of yellow wine
4. Add appropriate amount of cinnamon fennel
5. Add a proper amount of ginger
6. Put an appropriate amount of onion, put the seasoning, boil it over high heat and simmer it over low heat

You can eat the cooked beef directly or prepare a simple dip!
dipping sauce: three millet spices, half a teaspoon of sesame oil, one teaspoon of extremely fresh soy sauce, half a teaspoon of red oil, a little mashed garlic and a little chopped green onion, and mix well!
