Wakame and Tofu Soup
Ingredients preparation:
1. Main ingredients: a small handful of wakame, half a piece of tender tofu, and one egg.
2. Ingredients: a handful of chopped green onion, a few shredded ginger, a spoonful of light soy sauce, and a pinch of salt.
3. Soak wakame in advance, cut soft tofu into small pieces, beat eggs and set aside.
Method:
1. Pour a little oil into the pot, add shredded ginger and sauté until fragrant.
2. Add wakame and stir-fry for 10 seconds, then pour in two bowls of water.
3. After boiling over high heat, add the soft tofu.
4. Add light soy sauce and salt to taste.
5. Cook over high heat for 3 minutes and then pour in the egg liquid.
6. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
