The best drinking temperature for Pu'er tea soup is 56℃~60℃. Pu'er tea is post-fermented tea, and cooked tea has more fermentation processes than raw tea. New raw tea is cold in nature and becomes mild after aging, while mature tea is mild and mellow.

Pu'er tea (scientific name: Camellia sinensis var. assamica) is a large tree, up to 16 meters high, with slightly hairy twigs and white pubescent terminal buds. The leaves are thin and leathery, elliptical, the upper surface is brownish-green after drying, slightly glossy, the lower surface is light green, there are pubescence on the middle rib, and the rest is pubescent, and the old leaves become bald; there are 8-9 pairs of lateral veins, which are obvious on the upper surface.
Axillary, pubescent. Bracts 2, caducous. Sepals 5, nearly round, glabrous outside. Petals 6-7, obovate, hairless. Stamens 8-10 mm long, free, glabrous.
