Boiled chicken breast
Material preparation: chicken breast 200g, ginger and onion.
How to make it: Put all the ingredients in cold water into a pot, bring them to a boil over high fire, and turn to medium heat for cooking. Turn off the fire (about 10mins) if you don't cook for too long, and take out the chicken and tear it with cold water for later use.
Sauce making
Material preparation:
Dry ingredients: pepper, garlic, onion, pepper, chicken essence, salt, sesame.
Wet ingredients: sugar 1 tsp oyster sauce 1, 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, soy sauce 1 tsp, half lemon juice.
Production method: mix sesame oil and corn oil, heat, pour dry materials into three times and stir, stir-fry, and pour wet materials into them and stir evenly.
Integration:
Other materials: lemon slices, chopped parsley.
How to make it: pour the sauce and lemon slices into shredded chicken and mix well, sprinkle with coriander ~
