Perilla

Also known as red perilla, red perilla, red perilla and wrinkled perilla

Source: Perilla frutescens, a plant of the genus Lamiaceae. L.) Young leaves of Britt. When the inflorescences are about to grow in early September, cut off the entire plant and hang it upside down in a ventilated place to dry in the shade for later use.

The nature and flavor are pungent and warm in the meridians.

The main functions are to dispel cold and relieve external symptoms, regulate qi and widen the middle. Used for colds, headaches, coughs, chest and abdominal distension.

Usage and dosage: 1 to 3 yuan.
