Prepare ingredients
Chop carrots and mutton.
Marinate the meat stuffing with cooking wine, olive oil and Jiang Mo.
Stir-fry carrots in oil and cool.
Mix the oiled carrots, mutton stuffing, chopped green onion, pepper and salt (I just mixed them in the pot) and put the stuffing into the container.
Dumpling skins are bought in advance. Put the mixed meat stuffing into the dumpling skin, knead it in half or wrap a jiaozi.
Boil a little salt in the water, boil jiaozi in, and gently push it with a spoon to prevent it from touching the pot until the jiaozi floats. Point the water with cold water two or three times in the middle, push it with a spoon and cook it.
