Ingredients:
Cake material: 1.5 kg of glutinous rice flour, 1 kg of japonica rice flour, 0.5 kg of granulated sugar

Preparation method:
1. Make dough: mix glutinous rice flour and japonica rice flour to form a mixed powder, make a pit in the middle of the powder, add sugar and 0.75 kg of water, repeat Knead it until it is soft and not sticky to your hands. Let it sit for 2 hours. When the cake powder is dry and loose, pour it into a fine sieve and sieve it into powder by hand. Remove the powder and set aside.
2. Steaming: Take 5 steaming grids and apply a little cooked oil on the bottoms one after another to prevent sticking to the steaming grids. Pour the steamed rice powder into the steaming grid and steam until cooked. The steaming heat should be high.
3. Finishing: Add the pigment and water to make 4 different colors of liquid. Color the cakes on the 4 steam grids respectively. Sprinkle a thin layer of cake powder on the natural cake and steam it again. Ripe. Turn over the steamed cakes of 5 colors and place them on the table. Brush the surface with coloring matter and filling sugar, sprinkle with fried sesame seeds and candied red and green shreds. After cooling, add the 5 colors of red, green, yellow, black and white. Cut the cooked cake into triangles and assemble it into a plate.
