Pig tail peanut papaya soup
Materials:
Ingredients: 750g of pigtail, 800g of papaya and 0/20g of peanut kernel/kloc.
Accessories: 20 grams of jujube
Seasoning: 3g of salt and 5g of soy sauce.
Practice:
1. Burn and scrape the remaining hair on the pig's tail, and chop it into pieces. Peel papaya, cut both sides, remove the core from the melon, wash and cut into pieces. Jujube is pitted.

Braised pig tail
Materials:

Seasoning: marinade1000g, sesame oil10g.
Practice:

Materials:
Ingredients: 500g of pigtail.
Accessories: 200g peanut kernel, 50g chicken feet150g jujube10g.
Seasoning: ginger10g, salt 8g, scallion15g.
Practice:
1. Clean the chicken feet;
2. Pull out the residual hair of the pig's tail, wash it and chop it into blocks;
3. Cut the onion into sections;
4. Wash the prepared peanuts and soak them in warm water for 30 minutes;
5. Wash red dates;
6. Put chicken feet, pig tails, peanuts, red dates, ginger slices and onions into the pot;
7. Add water and stew until the water boils;
8. Stew again 1 hour and add salt.
