Main ingredients: golden mushroom (canned) 350g, spinach 80g, pomelo 50g
Supplement: white sesame 15g
Seasoning: soy sauce 5g, salt 2g, sesame oil 1g

1. golden mushroom after opening the can, take out, drained and spare;
2. grapefruit peel to remove the inner membrane, peel cut into julienne spare
3. Wash the spinach, cut into 3cm long pieces and set aside;
4. Mix the enoki mushrooms and spinach together, add the seasoning and white sesame seeds and mix well, then put into the microwave oven on a medium heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds;
5. Remove from the can and put into a container with shredded grapefruit peel on top to serve.
